Joining Northwestern Mutual in 2002 as an attorney, he has experience spanning strategy, business and technology transformation, distribution, marketing, communications, compliance, and law. He has built a career by developing high-performing leadership teams, driving change, and delivering results.

Kamilah D. Williams-Kemp

Kamilah is responsible for the strategy and growth of the company's industry-leading insurance business that represents $2.5 trillion of life insurance protection across more than five million clients and an expected $9.2 billion of dividends paid to policyowners in 2026. She leads product development, sales support, underwriting, and the claims experience.
